John Konstanturos  M.S.
Founder, CEO, Continuous Renewal

John's career as a consultant and trainer originated in the midst of the riots and chaos of the ‘60s.  As a young supervisor in the Los Angeles Police Department he was involved in putting down riots in the streets of Los Angeles.  Called upon to find more effective and peaceful ways of preventing wild and emotional demonstrations from becoming riots, John’s task force developed a number of innovative and highly effective procedures, management systems and strategies.  These were later adopted as the model plan by the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and are still widely used today.

The communication, management and people skills John learned during his 26-year career with the LAPD laid the foundation for his success as a business consultant. Although he holds a Master's Degree in Management from Pepperdine University, John attributes the unique character of his success to his own personal, emotional and spiritual development.   He believes that personal and organizational renewal generates whole, well-balanced leaders and more open, trusting relationships -- qualities that are especially needed in today’s demanding leadership circles.  Helping individuals and organizations develop the skills to sustain their own process of renewal represents the essence of his work.

A Commitment to Personal Renewal

Upon leaving the LAPD in 1982, John launched his career as an independent consultant.  For more than 20 years, he has helped business leaders and their organizations create transformational change and achieve higher levels of performance.   Using an innovative process that combines ancient wisdom with leading-edge developmental techniques, John coaches CEOs and senior executives to improve their leadership skills, build high-performing teams, and create cultures that embrace personal accountability as a core value and essential building block of success.
John’s work has taken him around the world and has included prominent clients such as:

  • The Governor of Florida
